These terms govern your use of the Corporate Ask website and the products, services, and appointments purchased through it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password confidential. You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to create an account or place an order.
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed by our payment provider; an order left unpaid stays pending and isn't fulfilled. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Ebooks and course access are licensed to you personally for your own use — redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing purchased files or course content isn't permitted. Course access is granted based on a paid order for that item, for as long as your account remains in good standing.
Physical items are shipped to the address on your account at the time of order. Delivery times shown on product pages are estimates, not guarantees.
Appointment-based services are booked against available time slots on a first-come basis; a slot is only guaranteed once your booking is confirmed and paid for. Written-deliverable services follow the process/timeline described on that service's own page.
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases made through their referral link, at the rate shown in their affiliate dashboard. Self-referral (an affiliate using their own link to buy for themselves at a discount) is not permitted and any resulting discount or commission may be reversed. Payouts are reviewed and processed manually by our team; we may decline or reverse a payout request found to involve fraudulent or abusive referral activity.
Discount codes, referral discounts, and bundle offers apply only under the conditions shown at checkout and can be changed or withdrawn at any time without affecting orders already placed.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access another customer's account, disrupting the service, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corporate Ask isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our services, beyond the amount you actually paid for the order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
